Shambolic Delivery Service.

Table was alright for its purpose if rather on the flimsy side.Description as portable table rather misleading for a glorified decorators wallpaper pasting table.The table delivery however was a major problem for which the suppliers,carriers DPD and Amazon all are resposible .Amazon's instructions were not to contact supplier before last delivery date 6/4/12.I did so then and they contacted the suppliers to say it had been sent and that DPD had a redilvery request.As i made no such request I contacted DPD who told me the item was improperly addressed.As Amazon had my full postal adress in my order this was a big error on the suppliers side.DPD said the delivery would be the following day and I would be telephoned on the morning giving a time window when that would be.I went out to exercise my dogs early in the mornong to be back in time for the call.I nver received the call and after 4pm I was putting on my dogs' leads to go out with them again when the doorbell rang. I was the delivery of the table.Another five minutes and I would have missed them.This means I had my time on hold for six days becuse of the ineptitude of both the supplier of the table and DPD and still almost missed the arrival of the table .A poor show by all concerned.

Gazebo

The gazebo arrived in the specified time---and looks lovely--haven't erected it yet (Easter!) but I am a tad concerned that it is not waterproof. I have tried to contact someone who can help--and was advised to keep taking it down---but it is huge!!!! Our last gazebo stayed up throughout the summer---in storms and winds and rain--and was excellent protection in all weathers---am at a bit of a loss as to what to do for the best! Anyone any help out there?.

Very Poor Quality.

I am very very disappointed with this product, it is extremely cheaply made. The nuts for the bolts are made from pressed steel and one didn't fit any of the machine screws which meant I had to source one that did. The brackets that hold the grills and water/charcoal pans are that thin they are akin to a drink can and very easily bent, in fact everything seems to have been made to the minimum tolerance possible. I've had to bend the doors to fit the curvature of the barbeque and the legs are also that thin they buckle and twist under its own weight. The lid has indentations in it to receive the handle and one indentation has split the lid. Including delivery this product cost me over £86 and I think is probably worth half that.

Outdoor Furniture

Prompt delivery,within just a few days. Easy to put the items together, and delighted with the finished product. The only drawback is how long the chairs take to dry after wet weather, due presumably to the double layer of fabric on the chairs. Hopefully the furniture will give us many years of service.

Eventually good

The table took a while to unpack and assemble, and had a little plastic foot missing from one leg - small but vital! Amazon were unable to help me with this missing part but eventually I tracked down contact details for the supplier Li-Lo Leisure who were very helpful - they mailed the missing item straight away, in fact they sent two of them! Now that the whole set is assembled I can say that I'm very pleased with the product, and with Li-Lo's support.

We had a few delivery problems when we first ordered this so I ended up cancelling the order. However decided to re-order a few weeks later and am really pleased I did. It is a great set, really comfortable multi position seats and great having the adjustable head cushions too. l would definiately recommend it, especially as its such good value for money.

When are we going to have a summer?

Well at least we will still be able to party, even if it starts to rain! This is a very solid gazebo. Deep aluminium channels hold the curtains and form the main structure with a wide selection of rods and poles to join it all together. Instructions are reasonable, but you need to study the exploded diagram carefully to make sure you put the bits together the right way round.The cover seems that it will stand up well to our English weather, but I cant really tell until its been in use for a while. I don't intend to leave the cover on over winter. I'll put it back on in spring when the weather will hopefully improve and we can start enjoying our garden a bit more.A good product - only time will tell how good!
