I received this product on time and well packaged which I was happy about.The set itself however, I feel looked a little toyish - especially the cups(they looked like they were out of a kids tea set).The porcelain used feels quite clunky and the wave design is not as wavy in reality as it is shown in the picOverall I felt this was an expensive set and quality wise it was not that great - had a very 'child's tea set' feel to it!
