Delivery company dreadful

Overall the look of the product is great, and I am satisfied with the price.I love the chairs on this set, however the cushions are quite cheap with a flimsy sewn on cover over foam. I will re-cover the cushions as a result of this ( not what I was expecting, and a little disappointing)The table legs were quite tricky to put on until I bought a specialist ratchet screwdriver with specific bendy attachment and heads (neither of which were available in b&q!). The legs naturally were turned in, so a bit of brut force was required to push them straight. There are also no height adjustment options for each leg to ensure standing straight on my deck, which would have been a nice touch.The delivery company used however were dreadful, and it took them over 3 weeks to get an item to me that was in stock! Uk pallets Corby office, customer service is dreadful, they dont phone back when they say they will and they actually hung up on me, whilst trying to arrange a delivery - all very frustrating.Now I'm just waiting for some sunshine to test it out properly.

could not screw all bolts tight.....3 would not tighten out of 12 & the alan key head started to strip
