I needed to replace my step ladder and thought this would be ideal - it wasn't. On delivery I noticed the stepladder was damaged in several places and looked very cheaply made. I returned it and received a full refund. I wouldn't recommend this step ladder.

Very useful and I feel safe using it however the top step joins the back of the ladder as it flattens and then it needs a heafty push to engage with the tube
