The first one turned up in a damaged box with a broken leg and damaged paint. I was happy that a replacement was sent without much trouble which gave me a complete unbroken bench. The new one still had some damaged paint, but I repainted the affected areas. This was frustrating, but it was by far the cheapest bench of its type, as I wanted an Aluminium one as I have had several wooden benches in the past that have rotted away. Although Aluminium is more expensive it should mean it doesnt rust despite the paint chips that I repaired.
