Paid over £600 for this set and was expecting to be enjoying it for years- it was not to be: The cusions are white pin striped and one of them wasn't sewn straight, so that the lines where semi-diagonal, and the others were straight. Assembling them is very easy (even for me, a young woman), that is only if CHINA drilled all the wholes in the right places for the screws, but that was only the case for two out of 6 chairs, which is a good score for China. This set is the fake of the proper set called Albany which I have now purchased from somewhere else. 2 days after assembling them, the paint of another chairs started to chip off and rust on other bits, I decided enough was enough and called amazon. They offered a partial refund of £89, this meant I paid over £500 for a poor quality set and the remaining chairs would probably soon get rust as well and the paint would chop off, too. So I asked for a refund, and this is how Amazon has lost this customer... (I used to order 2-3 ties weekly from Amazon, around a few hundred Pounds monthly on average.There were 6 failed collection and the collection companies didn't turn up or do turn up but refuse to take the items due to is communication with Amazon. I was asked by Amz to disassemble the items and buy wrapping and wrap them all, which I did. Each time they schedule a new collection (one day less annual holiday for me) they provide me with a new returns ref and ask me to copy it over 2 dozen time sand stick to EACH of the items ( 6 set of chair l2gs, 6 set of arms rest, 6 seats, 6... 6..., parasol, table....Long story short, I keep calling and amazon keep apologising and confirming the collection company will be in touch to rearrange and then I get my long awaited NEW RETURNS REFERENCE NUMBER to start my new hobby of writing it up for each of the pieces and go out in the rain and stick it to each single piece. Until no ones shows up and I get a new reference number when I call again... Needless to say that they won't refund until the items are arrived back and amazon, the return window is now also closed, so I can't even access the order to contact them for recollection... This experience was enough to make me NEVER buy ANYTHING from Amazon again- unfortunately.
