Parasol arrived in good time and well packed but thats as far as the good news goes (for me anyway) - it was the most difficult wind-up Parasol Iv'e had, the mechanism jammed when half up, after obtaining the help of a neighbour we managed to fully open it up, then, you've guessed it we couldn't get it down again, and believe me we tried - in the end it was broken up and unable to find any usage for the remains I took it to our local tip and chucked it into a waste bin - COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO CONTACT SELLER - I'M SURE SELLER IS OK BUT PRODUCT IS CRAP , STEER CLEAR !!!!
