The goods arrived promptly, packed in a flimsy and quite unsuitable cardboard box that was falling apart. The chairs were damaged due to lack of protection - there was no packing material inside the box. The table top was dented, probably at the factory as it was in an inner box that was OK. The supplier was very helpful and said they would send a replacement when I returned the damaged items. They arranged collection free of charge. The replacement was not so quick arriving, and was packed no better than the first, which I think shows a lack of customer care. But this time there was no transit damage, though the table top was scratched.The chairs are comfortable though perhaps not very robust. The table assembled easily and is quite smart, but the foot is not very wide so it tips easily. It needs a level surface to stand on though there is a little adjustment in the feet. I don't think I will be able to leave it out in windy weather.The set is reasonable but I would not really recommend it unless for a level and sheltered patio.

We bought this table and chairs about two years ago. The table is now in the bin after developing a horrible green slimy covering on the underside wood beneath the aluminium. Obviously not weather proof and in our opinion unsuitable for sitting year round on patio.

Absolutely superb piece of Garden Furniture. The items were well packed with the chairs already assembled in the box.The only thing you have to do is insert the central rod with the polished aluminium round cover and tighten the 2 screws with the enclosed spanner. 2 minute job.Quality is very good for the price.
