Ordered two of these chairs for our new deck. They are EXTREMELY comfortable. They've been outside in our glorious wet sunshine wihout a problem. Just like the mfg. says, just wipe and it's clean.

I tried a similar chair to this on holiday and thought it was the last word in garden comfort. I did say similar not the same. This chair is very upright and although not a complete failure is not a patch on the others I have tried which have a more relaxed seating position.The rocking action is very smooth and the chair seems well made. Assembly is tedious but not in my opinion difficult. During the assembly I found that a hole was not big enough for a bush to fit in and this created a dilemma which went something like this:"I really don't want to dismantle this to send it back having spent all this time on it"."I could drill the hole bigger myself but that will expose bare metal and probably invalidate the gaurantee"."Sod it it I will drill the hole myself". (There was, I confess, a bit of swearing which I will not enter here)Having drilled out the hole to the right size the assembly was complete and the chair is working fine.There is always a danger when buying these things on line because you have'nt tried them out first. The chair however was a reasonable price so all things considered I will say it was ok but did not make it into the good purchase category.Delivery was prompt.
